Our 100% Happy Return Policy

You can return non-limited edition paddles and other merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. If you are not 100% happy, ship the item back to us and we will refund your money. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the paddle back to us, to include your order number and name inside the package, and we recommend sending your item by a traceable method such as via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed. All apparel must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. All limited addition paddles must be new, unmarked, and unused condition to qualify for return. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be inspected and processed, and for your refund to be issued. Please call with questions.

Our Return Policy For Defective Equipment

If within 60 days of purchase, the paddle is defective, we will send you a replacement paddle with a postage paid return label and ask you to send the defective paddle back to us. Please contact us prior to returning equipment to verify if it is still within the 60-day return period. If you are outside of the 60 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with warranty issues.
